Q:

What are the differences between your cast steel balls/bucket teeth and ordinary ones?

A:
The biggest advantage of our products is the unique special alloy addition process based on Virinasteel technology. Ordinary cast steel balls and bucket teeth have low wear resistance, short service life and easy breakage in harsh working conditions. Our products with Special alloy have denser internal structure, better toughness and wear resistance, which can reduce equipment downtime and replacement costs for customers. In addition, we have stable cooperative factories, strict quality control, flexible MOQ and on-time delivery, which are more suitable for international traders and mining/cement enterprise customers than low-quality homogeneous products.
Q:

What ports do you ship from, and what shipping terms do you accept?

A:
We mainly ship from Qingdao Port and Shanghai Port, which are convenient for transportation and fast customs clearance. We accept common international trade terms, including FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. Customers can choose the appropriate shipping term according to their own customs clearance and logistics arrangements. We have long-term cooperative freight forwarders, which can provide stable and preferential ocean freight quotes.
Q:

What should I do if there are quality problems with the products?

A:
We have a complete after-sales service system. If you find quality problems such as unqualified size, insufficient wear resistance or abnormal damage within the warranty period, please provide relevant photos and test reports. We will verify the situation within 24 hours, and provide solutions such as re-production, replacement or compensation according to the actual situation. With 16 years of foreign trade experience, we always take product quality as the core and win customer trust with reliable after-sales service.
Q:

Can you provide product samples for testing?

A:
Yes, we support providing small samples for customers to conduct wear resistance and performance testing. For small-sized steel balls and conventional bucket teeth, we can provide free samples, and customers only need to bear the international freight cost. Samples are a great way to verify our product quality before placing a formal order, and we welcome customers to request samples.
Q:

What certifications do your products have?

A:
All our steel balls and wear parts comply with international export standards, and have passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and SGS testing certification. We can provide complete testing reports, material certificates and export-related documents to meet the customs clearance and quality inspection requirements of South America, Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions. Q:

How long is the production and delivery time?

A:
Under normal circumstances, our production and delivery time is 20-30 days after receiving the advance payment. For small batch trial orders, the delivery time can be appropriately shortened to 15-20 days. The specific delivery time depends on the order quantity, product specifications and production schedule. We will give a clear delivery cycle when signing the contract, and strictly follow the schedule to ensure on-time delivery, avoiding delaying your project progress.
Q:

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:
We understand the actual needs of international traders and small and medium-sized customers, and set a very low MOQ standard. For steel balls, we accept orders starting from several tons; for bucket teeth and small wear parts, the MOQ is as low as 5 pieces. We do not force large batch orders, and support small-batch trial orders to help customers test product quality and market adaptability.
Q:

Do you accept customized sizes and specifications for steel balls and wear parts?

A:
Yes, we support full-size customization. For steel balls, we can produce all conventional specifications from 20mm to 150mm, and customize non-standard sizes according to your ball mill and equipment requirements. For bucket teeth, we can customize products suitable for mainstream excavator models such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Hyundai and Doosan, and also develop special wear parts according to your working conditions and drawing requirements. We have flexible production supporting facilities, which can meet personalized customization needs of small and medium batches.
Q:

What are your steel balls and Wearing parts made of ?

A:
Our forged steel balls mainly adopt B2, B3 and 60Mn high-quality carbon steel materials, with good toughness and wear resistance, suitable for conventional grinding working conditions. Our cast steel balls are produced with 10-chromium alloy material, and we add niobium element based on the technical support from the US company Virinasteel, which greatly refines the internal grain of the product and improves overall wear resistance and service life. For cast bucket teeth and other wear parts, we use high-chromium alloy steel with precise heat treatment, ensuring stable performance in harsh working environments with high impact and abrasion.
