1. 30mm ball resin sand automatic line molding and shell making, semi-automatic stacking box casting process, good surface quality

2. 50mm and 60mm balls, deoxidized and refined, formed by iron mold quenching, hand cast. The surface quality is slightly inferior to that of resin sand molding, but the internal structure of the organization is good. 

3. Test Result : 30mm Surface 63HRC . Core Hardness 62HRC / 50mm & 60mm  Surface 61-63HRC   Core 61-62 HRC /
