Our High-Chrome Cast Steel Grinding Balls are a critical consumable for ball mills and SAG mills. They are produced through a controlled sand-casting or metal mold casting process, followed by precise heat treatment. This results in a uniform microstructure that balances high surface hardness with a tough core, effectively resisting abrasion, deformation, and breakage. Available in a comprehensive size range from 15mm to 130mm to suit various grinding stages—from coarse crushing to fine grinding.
